(That one's for my SparkFriend Kiestelle, who heard it over and over as she was growing up.)
The more I practice my good habits, the more they become the norm. After awhile, I don't really miss the stuff I used to eat and I look forward to my exercise.
So it turns out that I really do like it, and I want to do it.
Glad you're back, Kiestelle!
