My son was accepted into Advanced Academy (an early entrance to college) yesterday so we went to Longhorns to celebrate. Initially my thought was yikes there's usually a lot of calories involved in going out to eat. So I went straight to the Tracker and put in a 7 ounce salmon, a plain baked potato, and as a treat a 20 ounce Sam Adams.
I did not have bread, I asked for broccoli with no butter for my side. I had a garden salad with vinaigrette instead of cesear salad. So I was pleasantly full but not stuffed and did not go over my calorie limits. Woohoo!
