Instead of feeling guilty about my food yesterday, I am focusing on food for the rest of this week. I made the lentil veggie burgers and sent the hubby shopping for stuffed pepper goods. The burgers were different but I loved the smell in the kitchen of the garlic and carrots (I used real garlic in lieu of powdered garlic). The family was grossed out but that's okay. I was able to cut up some extra carrots for them for lunch so the healthy did seep over.
I am starting nights today and am really concerned about tired/stress eating. In anticipation, I have armed myself with healthy snacks! Here's to will power and hopefully its so busy, I won't be tempted by all the junk food folks bring in.
