Every day for the rest of my life............
This is my 2 rule plan:
1) Eat “healthy” foods of choice when hungry until comfortably full.
(Healthy foods defined as vegetables, fruit, lean protein, whole grains, beans,
healthy fats in most natural state as possible).
2) Exercise at least 1 ˝ hours per day. Include at least 1 hour of activity or the
equivalent of 4 miles of walking. Include some form of strength training 3 X
week of total body. Include total body stretching daily.
What to do when not eating or exercising:
Complete freedom to live my life as I chose to live it, according to my values and what brings me happiness and pleasure.
