Help I gained a pound I tracked everything I eat did not go over my alotted calories but I only worked out 2x this week not my usually 5. I have been so tired. I don't know what is going on with me my motivation is so low. I need to pick it up, I have ordered a couple of Nicole's dvd's, I hope that will help,(they should be here today.) any other tricks to keep my mind off of the gain.
