I gain a pound

Help I gained a pound I tracked everything I eat did not go over my alotted calories but I only worked out 2x this week not my usually 5. I have been so tired. I don't know what is going on with me my motivation is so low. I need to pick it up, I have ordered a couple of Nicole's dvd's, I hope that will help,(they should be here today.) any other tricks to keep my mind off of the gain.

  Weight gains happen even when you do everything right. Don't worry about it too much unless you keep gaining. Cutting back on exercise may explain it. You may need to adjust your caloric intake a bit.
