2013 - day 18

The scale is not being friendly.... I have been in range all but 1 day this week and burned over my expected calories and its showing up .4 lbs today.... emoticon

Recap of yesterday's goals:
45 mins of cardio - 55 emoticon
8 cups of water - 18 emoticon
stay in range - emoticon
watch the sodium - 2248 just barely in range emoticon
30 squats, 30 crunches, plank - only a 30 sec modified plank my core is WEAK emoticon

Today's goals:
30 mins of cardio since I am on call at work I am not sure about making it to the gym
8 cups water
stay in range
cut sodium way back today
upper body ST and plank again

    I'm not sure if you're weighing daily, but those fluctuations will happen, try not to get discouraged. It looks like you're doing everything right, just try to hang in there. It WILL work out.

  Sounds like you might have hit a plateau. Time to vary the workout a bit perhaps. The sodium may also be a factor.
