Woke up this morning and discovered the oxygen to my CPAP had never come on last night, so I slept all night without oxygen, but had the CPAP machine on and the mask on. I don't know if it was a result of no oxygen (it is suppose to be 3 liters through the CPAP at night only, I do not use oxygen during the day at all), or just me, but I could hardly keep my eyes open all day long!!!! 0ore than once I thought I should just go back to bed, and I even contemplated putting the CPAP on and taking a long nap. In stead I just fought sleeping in my chair all day. Every time I went to do something I fell asleep! I really think all I did accomplish today was 30 minutes of exercise this morning and cooking a ham and 16 bean and lentil soup I started the prep on last night! Thankfully I only had to put everything together in the Crockpot and turn it on fro 8 hours, or I doubt I would have gotten anywhere with it today. I had planned to make some mini Cornbread muffins, but I slept through that. Guess I will try that one tomorrow for lunch or dinner with the Ham and Bean Soup, that turned out delishous, and will be even better on day two...it always is. I have already turned on the Oxygen for bed so I know it is on tonight, so hopefully I will sleep as good as I did last night, but be getting the oxygen I need with the CPAP and therefore not be sleepy the next day. At least when they found I had the Sleep Apnea, that is what they told me would happen with the oxygen and CPAP at night!
