This week at weigh in, I was down to 146.8 which is a little over a pound from the last time I weighed in. I was super pumped to see the numbers going down and it was definitely a motivator.
I've had a small bump in the road--I went out to dinner with my best friend last night and my dad took me to breakfast this morning so I'm over on calories both days but I'm not stressing out about it. I've been making really great progress with overcoming cravings, eating less processed food, and staying moderately active that I'm not going to view one or two 'off' days as failure.
Tomorrow I'm going to go grocery shopping and stock up on more healthy food. Last weekend I threw out all of the junk food that was still lingering around my apartment. I hate throwing food (and money) away but I don't have the willpower yet to not eat an entire box of Poptarts or an entire bag of crackers so they had to go. It made SUCH a difference. Not having the temptation available was what really helped me kick my sugar cravings this week. I made air popped popcorn (four cups is less than 150 calories) instead of binging on sugary granola bars and candy.
I want this next week to be as successful as this week and hopefully these past two days of over calories won't effect my weigh in too much!
