By this time Sunday evening I will have participated in my first full Marathon. I will be running/speedwalking it with my knee at 90%. It's been a long several month of rehabbing while training. But I'm as ready as I can be.

Today was the day to pick up my bib, swag bag and shirt. Tomorrow my daughter picks up her stuff for the 1/2 Marathon. WooHoo

My College Roommate who came in from Ohio to run it with me.

I'll update you after the Marathon is over later on Sunday or Monday morning.

RnR AZ? I ran the Half through Tempe and Scottsdale. I don't know how the spectators were on the Full course, but on the Half course they were ... underwhelming. I was told by a full runner that they were much better there.

But who cares about the spectators. This is about you and the asphalt.

Have fun!
