I thought I could manage both spark challenges. But I came to hard fact that doing the fitness challenge and the sleep challenge was just to much. I don't feel like I let myself down because I quit the fitness challenge. I have no energy because of my sleeping problems and depression. I am not making excuses for my decision. I still plan on exercising just not so daily. I know exercise is important to weight loss. So I am taking baby steps. Getting my sleep and depression under control will help with my wellbeing and soon I will be able to exercise more. BABY STEPS
