Behind and Quads ACHE!

oK....i Totally LIED when i thought the leg workouts were easy.....My behind and quads were killing me more then my arms for the past day and a half. I have to admit when I woke up the next morning after that workout i was initially disappointed because my body didn't feel ANY different and i thought I did a pretty bad ass job.
But let me tell you.....as the day went on i noticed those muscles I thought didn't get a workout....FELT EVERYTHING and have felt every movement since. Yesterday I took the night off of everything because I had already worked 9.5 hrs, did a 1.5 hr staff meeting and well I have the worst sore throat. (that I have had for a few days now).
Last time i did the routine, I wrote my stats and any notes afterwards about how I felt in the moment, what i thought i did well on and what I could change. So i adjusted a few things here and there to make the workout fit a bit better for me...ie. Knee pushups to start so i can ACTUALLY bend my arms.
Today i decided to do the routine again. This time it took about the same amount of time, but my legs and behind were definitely still warn out from the last time. Also the knee pushups still workout my whole body, but in a way that my arms could move!
All in all a great workout, done yet again in my new workout area....the bathroom.
A few blogs ago I mentioned I had some planning to do....well I am still in the semi-planning stage of my binder idea. I definitely am going to incorporate this workout deal into the binder amongst other things. I'll keep you posted!!
