Okay, overall decent workout week....

Monday....4 mile jog in an hour
.....zumba day!

Decent weight has finally dropped to where it is supposed to goal is to lose another 5 or so pounds by the end of the month...guess we will see then though...

Exhausted and going to bed early...I need to get my sleep schedule back!
