Okay, overall decent workout week....

Monday....4 mile jog in an hour
.....zumba
Tuesday.....rest day!
Wednesday....zumba
Thursday.........step
Friday.............zumba

Decent week..my weight has finally dropped to where it is supposed to be....my goal is to lose another 5 or so pounds by the end of the month...guess we will see then though...

Exhausted and going to bed early...I need to get my sleep schedule back!
