Good week!

I started the January Weight loss challenge. I am proud of myself because I have done all the videos so far. I haven't done the 30 minutes of cardio yet for the last two days. I am going to try and squeeze all my cardio in this weekend. For week 2, I am going to do the cardio on the day that its schedule. Instead of trying to do it all in one weekend. Other then that, I am pretty proud of myself! emoticon
