Today, and worrying weighing in tomorrow.

Friday, January 18, 2013

Today was my fitness day off.

I'm sitting here tonight worried.

I've put up great BodyMedia numbers all week long. But what if it wasn't enough? What if I don't see any loss tomorrow morning? I don't know if I could deal with that.

I'm tracking EVERYTHING I eat, so I know the calories in is accurate. I might have forgotten one snack one day, but that's about it.

The BodyMedia is tracking my calories out.

I am worried that I'm not drinking enough water yet. I've met my water goals about 70% of the time this week.

What's done is done. I am pretty sure I've done all I can to have a successful week.

Now to get some rest. Try to not worry about it. Instead, maybe I can think about what I can do better next week. There's always room for improvement.

I know how you feel, but please try to remember that the # on the scale is just one measurement and does not prove success or not. I've had awesome weeks where I've done everything right and had a gain and weeks that I didn't almost nothing right and had a loss. Weight is just so unpredictable at any one given time due to so many factors. I think as long as you have a general downward trend, you're good :-) Keep up the great work, it will pay off! emoticon

Don't worry much whatever is the result that will show up tomorrow morning. You know you are doing everything right. You should be more happy instead of getting worry about tomorrow's weight in. Take Care dear

Don't stress yourself out with worry as that will not work in your favor. Like you said, think about what you can do better.
