I have stuck to my plan!!

for two whole weeks! And I am down--more than I dreamed that I would be. Very happy. I know that most people on Spark aren't doing medically supervised diets--but on my own I have never been able to do very well. Meeting with a behaviorist, a dietician, a nutritionist--it was what I needed to learn a lot of important things. I am working on obtaining good habits!

    Woo hoo!! Way to go. What ever it takes to lose that weight and develop those good habits. Keep it up!!
