Recap of Thurs and Fri 1/17&1/18, plan for the weekend

I didn't get around to posting my results from yesterday or my plan for today. The days just kind of slipped under me and boom, here, I am, Friday night.

My aunt and uncle were here Tuesday night through Thursday morning. I mentioned I my Wednesday review that it was hard to get in fitness due to their stuff on floor, air mattress, etc.. Someone on Spark suggested us going for a walk together, but its been a bit on the cold side here in Worcester these last few days, plus they had appts to go to (their reason for being here). I know I could've pushed myself harder to get in something, but I guess in a way I did because my kiddo and I at my job played tag both days, so I got some running around in, I just didn't really track it.

Anyways, so they are gone now and I had my alarm set this morning to wake up at 6 to get my workout done. Needless to say, with the late nights they were here, my body wasn't exactly impressed when the alarm went off. I snoozed for about 45 mins and got up and proceeded to workout, I just did some circuit stuff (jumping jacks, push ups, crunches, high knees, etc.) this morning and then did Taebo this evening.

My eating has been fine, some unplanned aspects here and there, but nothing to affect my ranges. :)

My plan for the weekend:
I work both days this weekend, Sat 730-4 and then Sun 8-4 (plus Monday is a holiday so we have social group, then too, where I'll work 8-4 at group then 4-7 with my kiddo...hello long 3 days of work!)
Workout plan:
Saturday---
Dance (Wii game)
Circuit
Maybe gold gyms dance, too.
Will do circuit in the AM and then games after dinner
Sunday--
Dance (Wii game)
Taebo (videos from YouTube)
Circuit
Will do circuit in AM and then others after dinner
Nutrition plan:
Saturday:
Breakfast
- Cheerios with strawberries and 1/2 cup milk
- 3 cups of water
- coffee of hot chocolate
Lunch
- banana
- jelly on bread (can't have PB at work)
- nature valley bar
- 3 cups of water
Dinner
- Tex Mex Soup
- 3 cups of water
Snack
- strawberries (if desired)

Sunday:
Breakfast
- PBJ toast with bananas
- 3 cups of water
Lunch
- leftover tex mex soup
- banana or strawberries
Dinner
- Cheesy-meat sauce pasta with Sausage and veggie dish
- corn
- 3 cups of water
Snack
- strawberries (if desired)

    You did a great job being flexible with company around! It sounds like you have a busy weekend, but a good plan in place.

    emoticon getting some activity in. Sure, running around playing tag may not count as deliberate cardio -- but it was active and fun and, really, those things add up to a less sedentary lifestyle which is a great thing.
