I have been sooo hungry all day! I'm not exactly sure why but I think it may be one of three reasons.
1.) I ate a huge breakfast and didn't work out. I had a request from my son for french toast eggs and bacon (our fave). I only ate 1 slice of toast but i did eat 3 pieces of bacon.. It was good.
2.) I have been exercising more this week then I have in the past few months.
3.) Something to do with "the cycle".
Now that I have written all this out I think it is probably a combination of all of them.
Does this happen to any of you? What is a good "trick"?
Of course this happens the day before I weigh in LOL
