and I lost 2.8 pounds!!! YES!!! emoticon

My total loss is now 31.6 pounds gone FOREVER!!!!

Sweeeeet! emoticon Can ya tell I'm excited by this weeks weigh in, lol.

I also received a "5lb star" sticker for losing an additional 5lbs and a "bravo" sticker for all my good work. emoticon

Yep, floating pretty high right now, ha ha!
