Met my weight loss goal and then some, thankfully. I have found also that I appreciate having a pancake far more than a slice of bread. Am looking for other substitutes that
I won't go overboard on.

  try oatmeal which is great in the morning, peanut butter on toast, and a few nuts here and there.
