I'm not sure what happened yesterday. I only lost 2 ounces yesterday. I guess that's better than nothing but it was a rest day, not a test day and I should lose a half pound. I helped a friend give her horse a haircut yesterday and I was having a hard time getting my water in so I don't know if I didn't quite get all my water in. I was distracted so wasn't really recording it like a normally do tracking every little thing. I also ate later than normal last night and was eating at 730. I'm supposed to be done eating and drinking by 730 for the most part so that could have come into play and lastly I slept horribly. The weather took a significant drop and living in Florida the windows have no insulation b/c we don't really get very cool temps so my room was cold and I got little sleep. Even my dog was moving all over trying to get warmer. So maybe it was just a mix of all of that. I'm really tired an worn down from lack of sleep and cold weather so maybe a good nights sleep will get me back on track. Overall I'm still down every day so certainly a great diet. Still feel so good and am so surprised by how good all of these recipes taste! I've only had one recipe I didn't care for, the carrot ginger soup. I think I put too much ginger in it so I think that's my fault. The book says to get Silk Coconut Milk. At first I got SO brand. I finally opened up the Silk brand today because I finally found it at Target. I like the taste A LOT better than the SO brand. Just a tip if you are doing it, go for the Silk brand! Anyhow, meals have been easy and tasty. No new news. Today was my bread test and I opted for wheat rather than white. No reactions as of yet. I guess I will see if my weight goes up in the morning if I have any reaction. It's much of a relief that I've had no reaction yet! The open-face sandwich that I had to day didn't sound good when I read the recipe but it tasted great! I'm definitely changing my ways with my eating!
