An opportunity

Friday, January 18, 2013

As I said in my status update I am jumping back on the SP wagon after taking the holidays off (worst time to opt out of SP!) and I need to do a lot of updating to reflect life as I know it now. My page needs a new summary. I need to add some more pictures, re-set my goals, plans etc. I'll be mulling that over this weekend. For as many changes that are occuring in my cyberspace life about a million more are occuring in the flesh. At this point it feels like every single one of them is a challenge, nearly insurmountable... but if they weren't I guess they wouldn't feel like a change. As of right now I can't have too many bright and shiny feelings about the changes but I have found relief and I do see a light. The light is maybe a little larger than a pin prick right now but I know has the potential to become full blown white out with time, honesty to myself, patience, trust in my decisions, and work.

One thing that helps grow the circumfrence of that light is that I will have the opportunity to work on a regular basis with Rachel Crass. I have just learned the name myself today but she is an olympic weightlifter that is a former USAW Team Member that can clean and jerk 242lbs. Holy Sh*t!

For now I am excited about that and I can't ask for much more.
