I was a cardio fool this week and have been feeling a lot better as a result. I have only lost 1.5lbs, but that is getting me closer to my goal! 20.5 more lbs to go!
I am so happy that I have had some success. This gives me the motivation I needed to keep it up. I went to the gym every( week)day this week. I also took extended walks with my husband and our puppy 2x. Wish me luck!
