So it has been a while. Christmas is done, birthday is done, plan how to get into shape - very undone.
I've moved back home which means I'm not in control the same way I was before.
I'm going back to university which will mean going to town quite often but also an very varied schedule without a routine - not my cup of tea.
I will mainly have one lesson a day varying between ending my class before 12 o'clock to not starting until 3pm. I don't like running outdoors in the cold. I can't do it properly and it just feels heavy.
So I am for the first time in my life feeling like joining a gym. There are quite a few things I need to figure out first. Such as do I want it for a year or should I just go with 6 months or less. I won't mind running outside in the spring until late autumn. Basically if there is no snow. But I would have to do it in town which is fine as I'll be going there most days anyway. My boyfriend would like us to go somewhere where we could play badminton and tennis so it would be good if I joined somewhere where I could do that.
It's funny that I haven't been bothered but I just watched a video with a girl band and they were all wearing shorts. Really stomach is the thing most people seem to be concerned with and I was too but recently it's more legs and arms. I desperately would like to get rid of fat on my thighs to stop then rubbing together and then I won't ruin clothes that way. Arms are always the part of my body that I would like to be muscular.
Oh and I need to improve eating actual meals, often I can't be bothered so I eat cereal or sandwiches instead which isn't good. I think I'm still below 70kg which is good but I want to lose weight the right way. I hope to be able to lose quite a bit before summer.
