BLC 21 Sassy Shamrock Sherrifs, 12 week challenge has offically began on the 16th..
I feel a lot better about myself this round. I really want to reach my goals these next 12 weeks.
I know it is not going to be simple.
Some goals i have for the next 12 weeks:
Cut back on my carb intake.
Limit myself to 1 sweet a week even if that. I love sweets soo.. much!
Track all my food and water
Up my Cardio, I want to add Zumba and more intense workouts.
Strength training at least 3 times a week.
Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep a night.
Have me time!
All of this sounds amazing right! Now I just have to commit and stay motivated. I know I can accomplish these goals. I have a great team to work with!

I have to keep remembering I am planning a girls weekend to Vegas this summer.. Of course I have to look and feel good about myself.
