Week One :
Avoid fast food (means packing lunch) ;
No muffins or anything fatty from Tim's (but a grand coffee two milk is allowed)
No candy to compense
Day One (18-01): Check (had to fight going to A&W for lunch and no dessert at the restaurant - I took a half portion of the dish I chose (shrimps) and avoided most of the oily dressing)
Day Two (19-01) : Good. No nothing not healthy =)
Day Three (20-01) : Oops.. I had pizza.
Day Four (21-01) : Had no school so.. got bored and ate. But no nothing in the list... ! Yeay me!
Day Five (22-01) : Pizza. Again.
Day Six (23-01) : Not good.
Day Seven (24-01) : Definitely off radar... !
Outcome : 3/7
Not such a good week !
But heh, it's a first !
