I'm trying something new, because what worked for me before, isn't working now. As a busy, working mom, I am just not finding the time to take care of myself and exercise. (My daughter just turned two, and I am currently above my peak pregnancy weight!) I am starting a meal replacement program (HNT HealthOne) that is fairly low calorie, but allows you to supplement with fruits and vegetables. After years of low-carbing, its an adjustment in my way of thinking, but I am jumping in with both feet and alot of faith.
