I took yesterday off after just 2 days of Slim in 6. Now.. that's not what the program recommends, lol. I was so sore I could barely sit at all, lots of pain... So I decided that I was going to have the day off because I was also very tired for lack of sleep the night before.
Since I was already cheating (I thought I'd do only 4 days instead of 6 the first week to have Saturday as day off) missing another day is just too much. So I'll do the workout tonight, have tomorrow off and redo week one next week, for 6 straight days. Since I'm that sore I figure it won't be luxury to redo it and really master the Start It Up! segment before moving on to level 2.
Just after 2 days I can tell it's really efficient! My arms and tights feels tighter and I have a good overall feeling. I was actually sad and had some regrets yesterday evening when I decided to skip the workout ;) I am anticipating tonight's workout.!
Soo that's that for SIS, I do this extra workout tonight then Saturday's off. Sunday it's on for real, baby!
GRANDEFILLE: Unfortunately I can't wake up earlier than that (around 7 am on average). Right now I struggle a lot with going to bed at a decent hour, it's in my goals though to work on that. Another thing is that I live in an apartment, so there's no way I'm gonna jump around in the AM with the chance of annoying my neighbours. I do hope that by spring, I'll be able to go to bed early and have a good 8 hours of sleep while waking up around 6, to go run outside in the morning :)
