Well, I've been off SP for awhile, and just now beginning to get on here and there again. It's been a long while since I've consistently tracked my food, and even longer since I've worked out... at all!
So, I've started trying to get things back to where I had them a few months ago. I've finally made it almost a whole week with making reasonably healthy eating choices (no fast food), and have been getting my water in.
1. Begin to track everything consistently again.
2. Begin to work out (anything!) again.
3. Go back to not smoking again (I think by the end of January).
