I have been without workouts since almost a week now. I doing everything to keep moving but for God's sake its not just what I am. I know if I have my FitBit now, it would have loaded steps/calories for me right now but that does not always work for me. I need the high impact stuff to effect that change I am waiting for.
I hate things getting in my routine life, I always have my life planned out but when "things" just jump my way, everything is temporarily scattered. Those "things" can be negative as well as positive atimes.
For example, I have just been given a new schedule in the office plus TOM this past week and I could not just meet up with my workout routine anymore (I don't just like that).
I wish there was a way out of this and I will either be able to ignore these issues that crosses my path all day, or prepare a Plan B for my routine life. I know I always have good intentions (breaking a plateau) but it seems issues around me will not just let me. But in all of these, I know that I CAN DO IT.
