Okay..so after educating myself on the benefits of a plant based diet, I have been adding way more meatless meals into my diet. I have used tofu, which is pretty good and I am also transitioning to soymilk and yogurts. I guess you can say I am going vegavegan lol. I bought some non dairy cheese that I still need to try. I was kind of iffy about the whole " It melts and stretches" statement. I would hope it melts and stretches if its cheese or supposed to be cheese lol!! This is a personal decision based on my love for animals. After watching documentaries such as Vegucated, I found I was more shocked and hurt to see these animals are being mistreated. Whatever changes I make will help. The other day as I was searching for new recipes, I came across Oh She Glows, which is an awesome website shock full of vegan options. I found the recipe for Walnut Taco Salad and fell in love!! It tastes absolutely amazing and the walnuts actually end up looking like meat!! I highly suggest it. If you are reading this and highly suggest a good vegan or vegetarian meal, restaurant, documentary and simply would just like to comment please feel free to do so!!
