    I eat nuts (all kinds), greek yoghurt, eggs, low fat cheese, 1% or 2% cottage cheese, spinach, cauliflower, broccoli, celery, cucumber, tuna, lean chicken, ground turkey, nut butters, I think these fit. I do have a gluten problem, so I naturally eat fewer carbs than most...

    Lots of veggies and fruits; carbs are fine if they are whole grain--unless you have a gluten problem. Good advice from ALEXSGIRL1. Stay away from packaged foods; read labels! I count calories; that's my main mantra: no mindless eating!

    low sodium is easy do not buy box bagged or packaged foods . make it yourself and try herbs or spices. carbs I cant help you with I dont know what one is . I am sure there is info on this site and recipes also. Do you have the spark book there must be info there. All I know is protein , grains fruits and vegetables every thing a lot less of . as healthy as you can as often as you can. Salads are great as long as you dont add to much gressing and bacon bits etc i love blueberries and other fruits in my salad. I will hunt around for you . good luck emoticon emoticon
