Everything Is Going To Change!

Today is a different day. A better day no matter what. I have decided to go on a cleanse. It was really recommended by my doctor. I just have to find one that I want to do. Any suggestions? I am trying to figure out how to calm my stress or to get it to go away. I am just going to work on me. I am no longer worrying about everybody else around me. It is really needed. I think I am done completely. Trying to make other people happy is just not working. It is my time and my time only. I just need to figure out what makes me happy. I know it will take a while but that is okay. Any suggestions at all for anything will be greatly appreciated.

    No suggestions for cleansing.

    I just want to say that I have been there when it comes to trying to make others happy. It is impossible. The only person that you can make "happy" is yourself. You are important so good for you in deciding to take care of yourself. You deserve it.

    I'd suggest clean eating or going vegetarian/vegan. Fruits, veggies, whole grains, water, cutting out meat. I'm surprised your dr recommended a cleanse. There's no proof that they "cleanse" your body. What type of dr is he??? Most are scams and waste of money. And for stress, have you tried exercise? For me, strength training seems to help more than cardio, so add ST if you aren't already doing it. I just use my body weight, push ups, lunges, plank, squats, etc and 5 and 8 lbs dumbells.
