Water water and more WATER

I find that drinking between 8 and 16 cups a day of water helps me. It helps with keeping me feeling full after I eat, it helps clean my system, and by ONLY drinking water ( I drink 1 cup of herbal tea once or twice a week) I eliminated useless calories from fruit juice and unnecessary sugar free additives that I find after a while effect my recovering Gerd. You can't go wrong with water AND by drinking only water that frees up calories you can consume through solid food you enjoy.
