So I am on this HORRIBLE highway of gaining my weight back....i kinda gave up on myself...since moving, to losing my mother to breast cancer, and this horrible time change...i kind of refuse to use my treadmill because it hurts my hips A LOT...so i am exercising NONE.
and i am NOT eating very good.
I know I can get back on track...just got to talk myself into using that horrible treadmill again.
or running in place or jump in jacks...or take the kids outside and run around the yard on the weekends....i have got to do something!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you think if i only exercised on the weekends i could still see results??
