So I am on this HORRIBLE highway of gaining my weight back....i kinda gave up on myself...since moving, to losing my mother to breast cancer, and this horrible time change...i kind of refuse to use my treadmill because it hurts my hips A i am exercising NONE.
and i am NOT eating very good.

I know I can get back on track...just got to talk myself into using that horrible treadmill again.
or running in place or jump in jacks...or take the kids outside and run around the yard on the weekends....i have got to do something!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you think if i only exercised on the weekends i could still see results??

    I think that just my moving more, you can get started! Don't think of it as "exercise". Do something that is fun to you. If playing tag with your kids outside is fun, try that. It can be hard at first, but when I take my nephews and niece to the park to play and I run around chasing them, I realize after that I just spent 45 min to an hour running, climbing, jumping, walking, pushing them on swings, lifting them up to the monkey bars, etc. . It is very exhausting, which is why I can only do it like once a week :) I also like to swim alot. I get a great workout and it is low impact. You can do anything you set your mind to!!

    I literally take it in 15 minute sections. ABEAUTIFULMESS1 suggests...I park farther away, or on the wrong side of the store, and just keep moving. You can do this!

    Something is ALWAYS better than nothing when it comes to exercising! Even if you start by playing with your kids outside, or parking further away when you go to the store, etc its at least SOMETHING. You can do it!!
