My challenges for the weekend:
Get enough exercise, but not to get overtired as we are both just recovering from a flu bug.
Not to overeat, as it is a real temptation to just go out with the gang and satisfy the appetite you have worked up with all the goodies.
To track what I eat.
Find at least 3 geocaches and log them on the geocaching Spark team for the weekend challenge.
Here is why I have given myself these challenges.
This weekend my husband and I are heading out to a square dance festival. It starts on Friday evening and ends at about noon on Sunday. During that time we will have the opportunity to dance both square and round dances at a variety of proficiency levels. We will also be taking classes and learning new round dances.
We are proficient at square dance Plus level and can with luck dance the Advanced level A1. We used to dance A2, but then did not keep it up so we have forgotten too much of it. Square Dancing goes up to Challenge level 6 I think, but that is so far away from me that I can't even think of it.
We round dance level 3 and most of level 4. Round dancing is like cued ball room dancing and levels go up to about a 6 I think. This will give us many hours of exercise to pick and choose from as well as socializing with our friends from out of the area that we only see at dances. Many of them will be going out for meals together and often they bring snacks to share between dances.
We have geocached in this area before, so don't know if we can find 3 new caches for the challenge on Spark. We will try!
