I'm not missing the scale -- not weighing in until 2/15 to focus on other positive results I'm seeing. Tracking food, including dinner, and keeping my Fitbit Zip happy by moving. I walk each day on my lunch hour for a minimum of 30 minutes, usually 45. In addition, my hubby and I have been doing the Supreme 90 Day System workout after work each night and it's great! It's similar to P90X in that it incorporate weights and lots of variety, but it was only $15. It's tough, but we're seeing progress! Keep sparking!
