And had a glass of liquid calories. .......

well a 12 ounce can.
Between the sugar screaming at me and my stomach getting upset cause of my vitamins I had to do something. I knew that just eating a piece of fruit would not work. (and a little worried that that might come back up.)
Since having the flu when I take my vitamins in the morning I get sick. I'm not sure why. At first I thought it was a new one that was causing the problems, so I stop taking it. So then I thought maybe it cause I'm not eating enough. So I added a little bit more of my banana mixed fruit oatmeal .... cobbler (it's kind like a cobbler). And well I'm still getting sick. And having bananas and soda in the same day does not make my gall bladder happy. But it will be ok, I'm having veggies for lunch and supper.
So tomorrow I'm going to try taking the vitamins with lunch and see what that does. I have issues taking pills with out enough food on my stomach or in my system, always have. And I get to de caffeine myself tomorrow ...., yay. Just when I was just getting rid of the caffeine headache.
Ok I'm done complaining, I guess I needed to vent. Thank you for listening.

I found this on Pininterest. But I change it a bit. I used 2 cups oatmeal, 1 cup self rising flour, 1 and 1/2 bags of frozen mixed berries, 3 bananas, 1 tablespoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon nutmeg, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1/2 cup honey, 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons butter, a couple hand fulls of almonds (that I put in my coffee grinder) and a cup of milk. Of course I had to use a 9 x 13 baking dish. But I did follow the directions.
