Well i think my stomach is starting to get back on track with my new calorie restrictions but it is still growling loudly at me. Someone suggested eating some carbs with protein for snacks , i think that is what i will try. I know i will get past this, but it has been a hard two weeks. All of m y wonderful friends here continue to encourage me and give me support and that is extremely helpful! i am going to blow up my pilates ball today and start doing things while watching tv and also bring out my hand weight so i have no excuses not to exercise even if i am watching a show. I can't wait for the warm weather so i can go and walk outside. My fiance is supportive in my journey, but he has no intentions in changing how he eats even though he is overweight, but i will continue on my journey. I wish he would jump on board, but what am i going to do, at least he is supporting me!
