Busty Girl Problems 101

Friday, January 18, 2013

Well, I could go on and on about how I've been depressed lately. About how I need to do this, or want to do that. But ya know what? I'm not gonna!

I put on my big girl panties last week and sucked it up and started working out again. It feels wonderful. Why did I stop doing this and let myself go, AGAIN? I don't know.. that's for another blog.

So, back to working out today. I did my "Hip Hop Abs, cardio sculpt" workout for 30 minutes today (and if you've never done it- I highly recommend it if you need to switch up your workout every now and then. SO FUN). Not only was I ALL over the place, but my "bazoombas" were as well. You're laughing, ok I am too, but it's a serious matter! emoticon

So, my question for all you other busty SP women is: What kind of sports bra do you wear that fully supports you and your 'girls'?? I mean, I'm talkin' DD + and isn't going to cost me a fortune because I am currently on unemployment.

Have a great weekend ladies!

I just happened to see this post and as someone quite busty (36H), I couldn't help but share this webcomic! http://bustygirlcomics.com/

I invested in an Enell bra (http://enell.com/) probably 5 years ago and am actually still using it. It was $80 at the time - by far the most I've ever spent on a bra - but I think the length of time that it's held up (though I wasn't working out every day/week) made it worth it. If you can find a sale on them, I highly recommend it. I don't love jumping jacks in it, but that's bc I changed & need a different size, but don't want to invest in another one until I'm farther along in my journey.

I know what you mean Mea! What works for me is wearing a bra (an old one you dont wear anymore and that you will throw away) and then a sports bra on top of that (and if you need extra, then double up on the sports bras). That usually helps support mine pretty well. Im a DD too, so maybe it will work for you as well!

Sadly I haven't found any that really work for me. At Kung Fu I just double up on cheapy Walmart sports bras (no wire). It sounds stupid, but it works for me. I lift the girls up when I put the first one on and then put the second one on over top to keep them there. For the most part they are secure. It's a tad uncomfortable at the end of my workout, but it's better than them bouncing all over the place.

What you need to do is to catch them when theyre on sale. I got my 42DD sports bra from lane bryant for $1. But I got it on sale when they were running the buy one bra get one for a $1.

    There is no such thing.

I've been on a quest to find 32DD bras that aren't expensive, and I have not found a single place that carries them. Sports bras are awful because they come in two sizes for me- "smash your boobs and make them hurt like heck" or "be too loose around the band and offer no support."
