1) Did you get at least 7 hours of sleep last night?
2) Exercise at least 10 minutes a day
3) Nothing to eat after 8 p.m.
Good rest probably directly related to the 5 hour night before it. Working on balancing my sleep habits.
52 minutes exercise; Walking w/Leslie and the Jumpstart video. Since I'm in week 2, I'm repeating the small workout and love that it's discernibly easier.
Thanks to the cheerleaders who come and give me an "Atta Girl."
