I think ME time is really important. Not only does it help clear your mind, but it helps recharge you after a long week of stress. Tomorrow morning, I’m going on a hike by myself and I can’t tell you how much I look forward to it. I’ve done this hike before and had a blast doing it. I’m a little concerned about being by myself, but I have my pepper spray and should be just fine. I’m a definite morning person, so the goal is to be on trail by 7:30am.
More and more I’m beginning to think that not getting those gigs is going to help me center myself (thank you BRITT831!).
Tomorrow is supposed to be my weigh-in day, but TOM is here and there is absolutely no point in weighing in with all of the water weight, etc. I did sneak on the scale Thursday morning and will just use that weight for this week. Stressing over my weight is the last thing I want to do right now. I’m not giving up on the possiblity of getting down to 170, but if my body is so comfortable at this weight then perhaps I should stop “trying” and just focus on maintaining. We’ll see. Like I’ve said in my previous blogs, focusing on my fitness, inches lost and balancing carbs has really kept me sane.
My HEA for today (but will not neceassarily be eaten all today):
1 Cup of Grapes
½ Cup of Raspberries
¼ Cup of Blueberries
1.5 Cups of Spinach

Aren’t these running shoes the CUTEST? I want them. I mean, I REALLY want them. You can only get them at runDisney expos unfortunately, until they make them readily available to the public.
