Day 3 of BLC21

Can't believe how much liquid I drank yesterday. My kidneys should be nice and clean.

It has been pretty easy staying on track with food. The support of my fellow soldiers is also keeping me on track.

My only concern is trying to lose 2.3 in one week. My doctor recommended to me that I not lose more than 1 pound a week but I am going to try real hard to meet pounds Wednesday. We are going to have a rather cold day tomorrow, so I will have to go to the Y to walk or maybe the mall. I think the mall would be more fun but might be dangerous for the wallet. emoticon

    Hi Suzanne,

Wish I would have read this before the sparkmail I just sent you. It has been warm but because of the wind it is cold out. Can you believe it will be in the 40's tomorrow and then in the teens on Sunday? Thank you for the goodie. I could have used the hat while walking today. emoticon

    I agree that one pound a week is a very sustainable weight loss and often struggle even to meet that. Those goals are just out there as a "target" to give us something to push towards! That's why I listed goals all the way down to 0.25%. We strive for the top and in so doing we meet the lower goal!

Give it a try and see what happens! It's miserably windy here - how is it at the bottom of the lake?
