I just realized this morning that I had forgotten to do my mid-week "how things are going" blog. One of my New Years resolutions was to blog more, so I really am trying to keep to it.
I have a pretty good week. My eating has been good except for last night. DD#2 and I went to a chinese buffet. I ate with wild abandon.

I am heartened by the fact that my weight was not up this morning like it usually is after I eat at a restaurant. All of that sodium blows me up like a balloon!
I am going to zumba again tonight. After Wednesday I wasn't sure I would be able to make it tonight. I did a aqua fit class and then a zumba class. At the end of the class, the instructor challenged us to go 85 squats. I don't think I did quite that many, but I did a lot! And then Thursday's January Jumpstart video was a lower body workout too. Every time I sit down today I am reminded how much I worked those muscles!! I'm going to push through the aches and do my best at zumba tonight, but man am I sore!
Still working on eating the fruits and veggies. I am getting SOME every day, so I consider that a success. Same with the water; as long as I am getting some I feel pretty good about it.
Time for some lunch. Having a Lean Cuisine chicken parmesan and a tangerine. Hoping the smell of that citrus will revive me because right now I'm dragging!
