TF Day 16, 17 and 18

Day 16:

Today's workouts was Fat Burn Challenge and Tone 30. OMG! Fat Burn Challenge kicked my butt! Literally. I was taking way more water breaks then usual as I was working it and thirsty! Felt great!

Day 17:

Fire 55 EZ Class...well I almost got through the entire workout before my son got sick of playing in his swing...he refused to nap as usual so my workout got cut around 46 basically just missed the long cool down.

Day 18:

Today was Lower Body Extreme! I haven't done this workout in over a year and I was dying! My legs were burning and I was sweating up a storm. And I was breathing as hard as I do during some cardio. Those double dipper lunges...oh man. I am going to be feeling it tomorrow.

I then did Abs 10 class...but only got through 8 mins before my son needed me. But best news....I lost 2 lbs this week! woo hoo!

    emoticon I also had my son in November of 2012 and I just started working out and eating right again to get back to my pre-pregnancy body. I've lost 2 lbs since starting just over a week ago. I know the feeling of having a workout cut short because of fussiness or crying. I guess one can only sit still so long in a chair or swing lol. Congrats on the weight loss. emoticon
