I LOVE to walk. I walk everywhere. If there are hills, count me in. I can't believe I wrote this. My doctor is also a great advocate of walking. She says "Walk, walk and walk some more!!!" She also sees the weight going down with me and knows that walking is my favorite form of exercise.
