Yesterday afternoon, as I was cooking my lunch, I decided I should probably start keeping an actual log of ingredients, and other things that I use while cooking. So instead of using *only* the sparkpeople.com food tracker, I began a blog that will contain ingredients, recipes, shopping list, etc. yvsai.blogspot.com
All of these (there's only one right now, but there will be more) recipes etc. are 100% clean eating. No GMO's or other processed foods allowed.
