I'm struggling. Big time. Not just with weightloss but in other things. I stopped taking my vitamins and my diet is seriously lacking in freggies even if I focus on getting a serving at every meal. I feel like I never fully recovered from the flu so now I am focusing on getting my immunity back up.
My fitbit didn't track all my steps yesterday. Not sure what is going on with that. I guess I need to try different places to keep it and see if it makes a difference. The bad thing is that is missed a whole flight of stairs for the second day this week. I know it's not perfect but I worked hard to get up to a certain number of steps yesterday and it missed the last part of it.
Anyhow... Enough whining.
Goals for today:
Log at least 2500 steps today
Get in at least 5 servings of freggies
Take all vitamins today
Watch/complete as well a possible a section of the Yoga for Inflexible People video
Conduct inspection needed and complete report
Drink at least 80oz of water and at least 2 cups of tea
