I started this morning out right today. I woke up to construction noises which interrupted my sleep. No fun. I logged into SparkPeople, feeling groggy and then decided to do some morning yoga. It felt so great to do it again. Followed it up with and a few crunches and pushups. I feel like my energy level is up.
Green tea and blueberries for breakfast. I know I should eat some more things, but am low on healthy breakfast foods. Going to the supermarket to pick up some things to prepare for future mornings.
