Well as of this morning, I am back down to 124.5!

. Now let's see if I can go down a little lower. This week I also decided to lower the stirrup on my Chin-Up max since pull-ups and chin-ups are getting too easy with it at the height was at before. Looking forward to more challenging workouts. This weekend I think Kevin and I are going to try out the breadmaker we got for Christmas. Everyone have a great weekend!
