I have one huge main goal that I want to achieve and that's to go under 200. Right now I'm sitting at 213.5. In twelve weeks, that should be totally doable. Now, what is it going to take for that to happen?
1. Plan, measure, and track food.
2. Exercise 6 days a week: Swim M/F; ST T/Th; HIIT Wed; Variety Sat (could be yoga, a hike if my foot ever gets better, neighborhood walk, etc.)
3. Consistency! With food, with exercise, with being involved on SP, etc.
I also want to work on something not weight related, but important for my well being. Room by room in my house, I want to slowly organize, clean, and eliminate *stuff*. I'm not a hoarder and I don't just have piles of things, but I do have a lot of stuff that could be useful to others that I'm not using. I volunteer at a thrift store weekly, and I know a lot of our things could be sold there. And some stuff that really could bring in some cash for us if I list it on Craigslist. I hope to report that in these 12 weeks, I have gone through at least 3 rooms in my house.
